U12 Boys Softball

The Lower School boys U12 softball team ran the table at the final tournament at UCC today, winning all 4 games en route to a championship title. Ridley defeated Sterling Hall School (4-1), Pickering College (13-4), UCC (4-1) and Crestwood Prep (10-4) on their march to the trophy. The boys combined near flawless fielding with timely hitting to convincingly earn this title after a first place finish in the regular season. Special mention goes to Will Cowherd, Sam Court and John Andrew Kit, each of whom played on championship winning teams in all three terms this year  – U12 soccer, U14 hockey and u12 baseball – a rare “trifecta”.
